errorInfoIs(errorInfo: ErrorInfo, error: ErrorCode): boolean
Returns true if the Ably.ErrorInfo code matches the provided ErrorCode value.
Parameters
- errorInfo: ErrorInfo
  The error info to check.
- error: ErrorCode
  The error code to compare against.
Returns boolean
true if the error code matches, false otherwise.
